If you’re having trouble signing in or setting up your authenticator, please refer to the following guidance:

1. Signing In

Ensure that your email address or username is correctly entered. If your organization uses multi-factor authentication, you will be prompted to enter a one-time code from your authenticator app.

2. Lost or Replaced Device

If you no longer have access to your authenticator app, contact your organization’s administrator. Loktd cannot reset user access directly — all account recovery requests must go through the organization.
